I am currently teaching  HathaYoga classes……these are perfect for all levels. HathaYoga can increase your flexibility, range of motion and strength, and reduce your risk of injuries!

For all you moms-to-be, Yoga is a perfect fit for pregnancy! You don’t need to be a practicing Yogini to reap the benefits of Prenatal Yoga! This practice will help you prepare your body for birth and help you recover afterward! Come and meet other moms-to-be in your Community!
